Is the portfolio review call free?

Yes. The 30-minute call is exploratory — no pitch deck, no sales script. If there's a fit, Quang follows up with a written scope and fixed quote within 72 hours. If there's not, you keep the notes.

What should I send before the call?

Nothing required. If you have a current product link, a Figma file, or a short brief, feel free to email it to hello@nguyenminhquang.net ahead of time — but it is not a prerequisite for booking.

Do you work async after the call?

Yes. All engagements after the review run fully async — Loom walkthroughs, Figma comments, weekly written summaries. Quang is based in Saigon and works with founders across SF, NYC, London, Berlin, and Singapore.

How is pricing structured?

Fixed-scope, published on the website. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders. Average engagement value is $18,400; scopes are quoted in writing after the portfolio review.

What does the call actually cover?

Two or three relevant case studies from the portfolio, walked through the way you'd brief a senior designer. You talk about what you're shipping, where the design is stuck, and what an engagement would look like. About 25 minutes of substance, 5 minutes for logistics.
Is the review call free?

Yes. It is exploratory, not a sales pitch. If there's a fit, you receive a written scope and fixed quote within two business days. If there isn't, you leave with a clear reason and, when useful, a referral to two or three designers who might be a better match for the brief.
What should I send beforehand?

Nothing is required. If you have a deck, a Figma link, or a one-paragraph brief, you can attach it to the calendar invite — but a clean conversation with no prep also works fine. The call is structured either way.
How does async engagement actually work after the call?

Loom walkthroughs, written critique, and shared Figma files — no recurring meetings by default. Most engagements run on a weekly sprint with one written update and one revision round per week. Clients in SF, NYC, London, Berlin, and Singapore are already operating on this rhythm.
